Apple and Peanut Butter Stack
What you’ll need:
- Apples
- Peanut butter
How to:
- Cut apple into slices
- Spread peanut butter on apple slices

Ants on a Log
What you’ll need:
- Celery
- Peanut butter
- Raisins
How to:
- Spread peanut butter onto celery sticks
- Sprinkle raisins on top

Breakfast Banana Pops
What you’ll need:
- Bananas
- Ice cream sticks
- Yogurt (base the flavour on your child’s preference)
- Cereal (granola works well, but it can be substituted for any cereal that your child prefers )
How to:
- Cut your banana in half
- Push an Ice cream stick into the thickest end of the banana halves
- Cover your banana with a coating of yogurt

How To:

How to:
- Prepare your sandwiches as you normally would
- Use a cookie cutter to cut the sandwich into a fun shape your kids will enjoy
- Sandwich fillings as per your child’s preferences

Baked Sweet Potato Fries
What you’ll need:
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt & chilli powder
How to:
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius
- Cut the sweet potato into thin slices
- In a small bowl, combine the oil, chili powder and salt
- Place the potatoes in a roasting pan and use a brush to apply the oil mixture Let the potatoes cool, and serve warm.
- Cook potatoes until soft (around 20 to 25 minutes)
- Once seasoned to taste, place the pan in the oven
